Return and Exchange Policy

At Pratiru, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within  48 hrs  of the delivery date for eligible items. Return
1) Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, Opening video of the parcel is must  items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2) Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at  Hello@pratiru.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
3) Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error  or wrong item on our part.
4) Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
